Recommended for use in the catering units of medical organizations, institutions and social service enterprises, other public catering establishments, when organizing meals in organized groups (at industrial enterprises, including those with stressful working conditions, in schools, kindergartens, etc.), as well as for individual use by the population at home.

The composition of SBCS “Nutrimixtura Extra” was developed while taking into account the requirements of Federal Law No. 323-FZ of November 21, 2011 “On the Basics of Health Protection of Citizens in the Russian Federation” to medical nutrition: medical nutrition must have an established composition, energy value and physical properties, proven therapeutic effect that has a specific impact on the restoration of disturbed or lost body functions as a result of a disease, the prevention of these disorders, as well as on increasing the adaptive capabilities of the body.

Milk protein concentrate is a protein of high biological value. Milk proteins contain the entire set of amino acids, including essential ones, which are necessary for the full synthesis of the body’s “own” proteins, both for adults and children. Milk proteins have a balanced composition of amino acids, good digestibility and easy digestibility and do not exert additional functional load on the gastrointestinal tract. Milk proteins are the most important means of correcting and preventing protein-energy deficiency, enhancing the adaptive properties of the body and strengthening the immune system. The cmposition of milk protein concentrate used in SBKS Nutrimixture Extra recipe contains caseins (αs1, αs2, β, k γ-caseins) and whey milk proteins (β-lactalbumin, α-lactalbumin, blood serum albumin, immunoglobulins) in ratio of 80:20, which ensures its high absorption and bioavailability.

Value

A characteristic feature of casein is its stability when heated. Slow digestion and absorption of casein ensures a gradual and even flow of amino acids into the bloodstream. For this reason casein provides a longer lasting anti-catabolic effect compared to rapidly absorbed whey proteins.

Whey proteins have a high nutritional value and the highest rate of degradation and assimilation among whole proteins, which is expressed by a sharp increase in the concentration of amino acids and peptides in blood within the first hour after ingestion of a diet based on whey proteins. The assimilation of whey proteins bypasses the stomach, which is of great importance for the therapeutic nutrition of gastroenterological patients.

Efficiency

When a balanced mixture of “slow” casein and “fast” whey proteins is used in the diet, the required level of amino acids in the blood is maintained for 2-4 hours, which supports fractional synthesis and ensures a positive balance of protein formation for a much longer time than when used separately, which is confirmed by numerous studies on the comparative metabolism of food proteins. Recommendations for use

  • 27 g of DCPM “Nutrimixtura Extra” per day as part of standard diet meals at the rate of 20% of the total amount of protein in this diet in order to increase the nutritional value of the diet of medical food 2;
  • 27 g of DCPM “Nutrimixtura Extra” per day as part of diet meals with mechanical and chemical sparing at the rate of 20% of the total amount of protein in this diet in order to ensure a sparing diet during an exacerbation or in the postoperative period2;
  • 36 g of DCPM “Nutrimixtura Extra” per day as part of a diet with a high protein content at the rate of 30% of the total amount of protein in this diet in order to correct the biological value of the protein component of the diet of medical food and optimize its amino acid composition2;
  • 18 g of DCPM “Nutrimixtura Extra” per day as part of a diet with a low protein content at the rate of 90% of the total amount of protein in this diet in order to correct the protein-energy value of the diet of medical food and provide the body with easily digestible protein2;
  • 24 g of DCPM “Nutrimixtura Extra” per day as a part of low-calorie diet meals at the rate of 30% of the total amount of protein in this diet in order to ensure the usefulness of the diet of medical food while reducing its calorie content2;

Mode of application

The recommended amount of DCPM “Nutrimixtura” is introduced as an integral part of the recipe for a portion of the finished dish, taking into account its nutritional and energy value in accordance with the layout cards* and the manufacturer’s recommendations.

Recommendations for application

– before use, the mixture from the package must be thoroughly mixed;
– before adding the required amount of the mixture to the dish, it is recommended to thoroughly dilute it in a small amount of warm water (temperature 30-60 ° C) in a ratio of about 1: 3, gradually adding water to the dry mixture and stirring thoroughly until a homogeneous “creamy” consistency **;
– prepare the mixture immediately before adding it to the dish, mix thoroughly again before adding;
– add the resulting mixture to the cooked dish, mix thoroughly and warm up with occasional stirring for 2-3 minutes, without subjecting it to intense boiling.

Appearance

Powdery mixture from light to cream color, consisting of single and / or agglomerated particles, containing lumps, crumbling under slight mechanical stress.

Storage conditions

At a temperature from 0 ° C to 20 ° C and a relative humidity of no more than 75% in a dry, cool, ventilated place.

After opening the package, store the product in a cool, dry place protected from direct sunlight for no more than 3 weeks.
